Repeat Prescriptions

Please note we are introducing Patient Access which will replace your current method for ordering Repeat Prescriptions Online. In addition Patient Access will allow you to manage and book appointments with your GP. Please collect a registration form for Patient Access when you next attend the practice. The current Repeat Prescribing Request Form will be removed as of 31st March 2017.

blue_yellowPatients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

  • Existing Online Users - This is no longer in use
  • New Online Users (Patient Access) - please use the following link https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk/
  • By telephone - We have a 24 hour repeat prescription ordering line. 0141 418 1081.    
  • In person - please tick the medication required on the repeat request form (found on the tear-off page attached to your last prescription) and post it in the prescription box, alternatively hand it in at reception. If you wish us to post your prescription back to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
  • By fax - 0141 418 0878

Please allow us 48 hours notice when ordering repeat prescriptions, and 3 - 4 days for return of postal requests.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
