Appointments

Appointments can be made at the reception desk or by telephoning 0141 418 1080 throughout the day. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep to an appointment time.

Telephone Consultations

If it is more suitable you can request a telephone consultation. The doctor will call you at a given day and time to discuss your medical problem via the telephone.

Students

Medical students and Nursing students attend the practice from time to time. We hope that you will co-operate with us in helping students learn about general practice. You will be informed of their presence in advance and if you do not wish them present at your consultation, your wishes will be respected. This will not affect your treatment in any way.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
